We’re proud to announce that Gerringong Legal is now part of Carter Ferguson Solicitors, bringing together two firms with a strong commitment to personal, local legal service for Gerringong and surrounds.

Christine Waite, Director of Gerringong Legal, has served the Gerringong community with dedication for over 17 years. As she begins to transition toward retirement, Christine has chosen to entrust her clients to us because we share the deep roots in Gerringong and we too have a commitment to professionalism, trust, and a human approach to the Law.

Christine will continue working with us into 2026, providing a familiar and trusted presence throughout the transition. Her experience, especially in Wills and Estate planning, means Gerringong clients will still have reliable, local access to a Senior Solicitor four days a week.

Carter Ferguson has been part of the South Coast legal landscape since 2012, with Director Deb Russell having long-standing connections in Gerringong. Christine and Deb are working closely together to ensure every client continues to feel supported and understood.

The Gerringong Legal office at Gerringong Arcade has now become our new Carter Ferguson Gerringong reception and includes two comfortable and private meeting rooms. You’ll notice a fresh new look, but you’ll still be greeted by familiar faces.
