Paris was born and raised in Kiama, spending part of her high school years on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland before returning to the South Coast. With a strong background in hospitality, event management and client service, Paris commenced her career in the legal industry in 2016 when she joined Carter Ferguson.
Throughout her time with Carter Ferguson, Paris has held a number of roles within the firm, gaining broad experience across legal administration, client service and practice operations. This experience has provided her with a strong understanding of the day-to-day workings of a legal practice and the importance of ensuring that both clients and staff are well supported.
Paris oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations across its four offices, working closely with the Directors. She is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the firm’s people, systems, compliance and office operations, as well as supporting the continued development of the practice.
Known for her approachable and professional manner, Paris enjoys working with people and building strong relationships with clients, staff and other professionals. She takes pride in being a reliable point of contact within the firm and in ensuring that the business operates efficiently while maintaining the high standard of service Carter Ferguson strives to provide to its clients.
Outside of work, Paris is kept busy raising her three daughters and enjoys making the most of life on the South Coast. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, family gatherings, travelling, baking and anything involving decorating and creating a beautiful space.
