Rachael began at Carter Ferguson in 2017 as a university intern and shortly
progressed into a paralegal role whilst completing the remainder of her degree.
During this time Rachael worked closely with Linda Evans assisting her with all things wills, estates and civil litigation and with Sandy Rendel soaking up his expert knowledge in the property division. In June 2019 Rachael graduated from the University of Wollongong with a double degree in Laws & Psychological Science. Rachael has also completed the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and will be admitted to the Supreme Court in September 2019.
Rachael enjoys the challenges of working in the legal industry and thrives on its dynamic nature as she is constantly learning and developing her knowledge.
Working at Carter Ferguson has allowed Rachael to develop her communication skills, an aspect of the jobs she prides herself on.
Rachael considers herself to be a South Coast Local despite being born in England and spending her childhood in America. Outside of work she loves spending time at our beautiful beaches and is an avid reader and listener of true crime pod casts.
After 5 long years of study Rachael is now excited to put her knowledge into practice and begin her legal career.
