Jack joined Carter Ferguson in November 2022 and as a South Coast local he has a deep understanding of the Shoalhaven community.

Since graduating from Wollongong University, Jack has gained experience advising and representing clients across a diverse range of legal matters.

Jack is currently completing the Masters of Laws (Applied Law) double majoring in Business Law and Transactions and Property Law. This coincides with Jack’s practice which primarily involves property and business-related matters, including land and easement acquisitions, property disputes, commercial and residential conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, and business advice and business transactions.

In addition, Jack advises his clients with their Estate Planning.

Aside from the above, Jack also brings a depth of experience to Carter Ferguson having previously acted for clients in a range of Commercial Litigation matters, Local, District and Supreme Court matters, in NCAT and the Fair Work Commission. He has also previously represented his clients in criminal and traffic matters in various courts.

Outside of being a solicitor at Carter Ferguson, Jack volunteers on local committees and boards in the Shoalhaven, including previously being Vice-President of the Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre, a not-for-profit legal service that promotes social justice and provides free and accessible legal services to South Coast residents who are socially and economically disadvantaged.

When not carrying out legal work, Jack enjoys following all kinds of sports, plays football, and you can often see him on a golf course. He enjoys going to the many beautiful Shoalhaven beaches and values spending time with his young family and friends.
