Claudia commenced her career with Carter Ferguson Solicitors in March 2024 as a Conveyancing Paralegal. She was admitted to practice in December 2024 and now works as a Solicitor in the firm’s Wollongong office, practising primarily in Wills & Estates, Property and Litigation.
Claudia has experience in the preparation of comprehensive estate planning documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardians. She also assists clients with a broad range of property-related matters, including commercial and retail leasing, retirement village contract advice, tenancy disputes and strata issues. In addition, she works closely with colleagues on complex litigious matters, assisting in partnership disputes, debt recovery and other commercial disputes, and has developed strong insight into dispute resolution strategy and court processes.
Claudia adopts a client-centred and pragmatic approach. She is committed to delivering clear, strategic and commercially sound advice, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed throughout the course of their matter. She is particularly passionate about making legal advice accessible and understandable, breaking down complexity so clients can make empowered decisions.
With a background in pro bono legal work supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged members of the community, Claudia brings empathy and perspective to her practice. Having grown up on the South Coast, she is proud to serve the community in which she was raised.
