Rebekah grew up in the Illawarra Region and completed her Bachelor of Laws through the University of New England and her Graduate Diploma with the College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales as well as the High Court of Australia. 

Rebekah has worked in the legal industry for over 13 years for Sydney based law firms, as well as regional firms in the Illawarra area. Rebekah has gained experience in a number of different areas of law, including family law, litigation, compensation, criminal law, and wills and estate matters.

Rebekah has been part of the Carter Ferguson team since February 2018, initially as a Paralegal providing legal support to our Solicitors in many different areas of law. Since May 2019 Rebekah has taken on the role as a Solicitor in our Fairy Meadow Office and has a passion for assisting clients in relation to family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, child support matters and Binding Financial Agreements. Rebekah has a caring approach and is focused on guiding her clients through such a difficult time in their lives and strives to achieve the best outcomes.

In addition, Rebekah provides advice in many areas of law, including wills and estates, litigation and criminal law. Outside of the office, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Carter Ferguson established its Wollongong Office in 2014. Originally located in Market Street Wollongong, we relocated to the Wollongong Mall in 2019 and are now located at 5/156-160 Crown Street near the community performance space.
