Lyndell joined the Carter Ferguson team in February 2018 after relocating to the South Coast from Wagga Wagga. Lyndell is an experienced paralegal having worked in the industry for over 23 years.
Prior to joining Carter Ferguson, Lyndell worked for almost 15 years in the commercial arm of a highly regarded legal firm in Wagga Wagga and brings with her a wealth of experience in the areas of conveyancing and leasing of residential, commercial/industrial and rural property; property development; purchase and sale of businesses including hotels and motels; estate planning; business and farm succession planning; commercial agreements including partnership, shareholder, joint venture and buy/sell agreements; and companies, trusts and superannuation.
Lyndell has a particular interest in property, succession planning and business law. She has assisted a variety of clients, including developers, business owners and farmers, and strives to provide an efficient and cost-effective service whilst ensuring attention to detail. Lyndell grew up on a livestock and cropping farm outside of Coolamon and loves returning home to visit the family farm when she can. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two daughters.
