Hailey graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019. Hailey has since completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2020.
Hailey joined Carter Ferguson in September 2022. Prior to joining our team, Hailey gained extensive experience in Family Law within the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas.
Hailey appreciates that the breakdown of a relationship is often one of the most stressful life experiences. Hailey provides clear and practical legal advice to assist her clients with their Family Law matters. Where possible, Hailey is focused on saving her clients the expense and stress of Litigation by resolving matters out of Court. Whilst Hailey is experienced in negotiating and mediating matters, she also understands that some matters require Court intervention. Where Litigation is necessary, Hailey will support you through the Court process with a strategic and common-sense approach.
Hailey is a South Coast local and outside of work can be found at the beach with her dog, at Pilates or spending time with her friends and family.
